1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Every print is a custom order that requires careful handling.
- Please allow 7–14 business days for the printing, hand-signing, numbering, and archival packaging of your artwork before it is dispatched.
- You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been handed over to our courier partner.
2. Local & International Shipping
- Domestic (Nigeria): We offer secure door-to-door delivery within Lagos and across all states in Nigeria.
- International: We ship worldwide to ensure global collectors can access the MADE IN LAGOS series.
- Shipping Rates: Costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the framed/unframed work and your delivery location.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For international orders, Godiva Omoruyi Studio is not responsible for any customs delays, import duties, or local taxes that may be applied by your country’s customs office.
- These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
4. Delivery Address & Contact
- Please ensure your shipping address, email, and WhatsApp contact number are 100% accurate.
- We are unable to redirect or recall packages once they have been dispatched to the courier.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Damages: If your artwork arrives damaged, you must email Godiva Omoruyi Studio within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged packaging and the print.
- Lost Packages: In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate; however, we are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
